After paying over $300 for refrigerator repair that lasted 24 hours, Mr. Ferson texted he would be back; that was 2 weeks ago. I have not heard from him since.:grumpy:

I was referred to Nichols Appliance Service by a friend of mine. Long story short, needed a new refrigerator door as it crashed into my counter top when a worker in my house had a slight accident.
