Located in the heart of the Villages, welcome to our comfortably furnished Patio Villa in the Village of St Charles. Within the Hallandale Villas, our place is secluded yet still has convenient access to neighborhood pool, several recreation centers (including the Seabreeze Regional Rec Center), 13 of the Executive golf courses, and the Cane Garden and Havana Country Clubs.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is fully furnished with all you will need to stay for a month or longer. Cook as much or as little as you want in its fully appointed kitchen, which includes a dinette area for two and counter with chairs for guests. There is a formal dining room with seating for six. HDTVs are in the living room and Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has king size bed with 2 dressers, walk-in closet, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of dresser and closet space, a desk and a shower/tub. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and full inside laundry. Towels, linen, etc. are here for your needs.
Within our villa you have WIFI access to the internet, cable TV and HD DVD player. Though we do not provide a golf cart, one can be rented from one of the many companies that provide them.
$500 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking, $800 for 2 or more months. Call for rates by month (or long term starting in May). May and beyond are currently available. Call us at (216) 973-4258. My wife and I would enjoy welcoming you to The Villages.
