My virus blocker Avast which is a life saver just stopped 2 attacks on TOV

the key to your problem might be in the URL. I have never heard of hxxp.
Further brief reading on internet yield info that hxxp may originate with the forum admin as a way of blocking undesirable links or to keep web bots from glomming on to site info. Who knows??
I have not had this problem yet.

I had two hits this afternoon that were caught by Norton. I reported them to Admin.
And like another poster, it told me to shut down the website.

I also had two hits and infection was healed. I shutdown this website.

Which antivirus/malware software programs were flagging TOTV? In order to fix the problem it may be necessary to know.

We are researching and running scans. So far google scan shows no viruses.

No problem here but we use Macs and also have Trend Micro. both of which is there is the slightest problem lets us know.
