Not a rumor, gas will be golf carts only.

From another thread: New building next to Barnes Noble..

Will have a Showroom, a Gas station and Repair Shop
for Golf Cars Only. They will sell Gasoline without the Corn in it.

I asked "what is the name of the place"
the feller said "George's Place".

When I asked " what is George's last name "
the feller replied " DAMNIFIKNOW "

There you have it.
George Damnifiknow is going to have a nice new facility.
