The Villages Town Square App, what happend?

I'm trying to download the Villages Town Square App on my Android phone and can't. I had it up until Aug. 1st. I uninstalled it because the calendar was stuck on July. Now I can't find it anywhere to re-install. Only on I-tunes. This stinks!

It was replaced by this new app: The Villages Daily Sun Mobile

By the way to all, in an earlier post I indicated you had to pay for this app, I was wrong. You may get a message about setting up an account, which you can cancel out of and still get the app. I hope I did not confuse anyone, I mistook the account message for a requirement to pay for the app.

I like the app and use it a lot. But I use it on an iPad and have one issue...

The color scheme is simply poor. For one thing, it's nearly impossible to tell just from the colors which Square is selected. There's simply no discernable pattern to the greens and grays that I can figure out. At least none that fits any methodology of any app I've ever used before.

Anybody else have this problem?
