Please provide details plus interior & exterior photo.
I’m a single-male/retired last September / non-smoking / no pets / a golfer. I'm familiar with The Villages.
I seek a Long-term lease / min 6 to 12 mo. / option to renew. I would also consider sharing a place with the owner or another person. I'm ready to relocate this Nov. I have some latitude depending on whether the place is vacant or not; if furnished, I’m prepared / need to dispose or store my current furniture.

I'm in The Villages thru this Fri. / would like to meet / view the place.
