Home modification for disabled person

Can anyone recommend a contractor to widen a doorway or two and remodel a bathroom for wheelchair accessibility ? We need to rearrange and possible enlarge the bathroom and put in a tile shower stall level with the bathroom floor ASAP. Thanks for your help.
