Landscaping SCAM by TOMAS LANDSCAPING

We hired TOMAS LANDSCAPING for some work. They did a good job as far as it went, but never finished the project. It was raining very hard when they said they finished the project. I paid them, but because of the rain, did not immediately inspect the work. When I did, I realized that they had not finished and they owed us some labor and materials. We immediately called them and they promised to come back. That was 3 months ago. They have not come back, despite weekly calls by us and promises by them. We are thoroughly fed up by their business practices.

File a claim with the Better Business Bureau and take them to small claims court.

I am surprised, as I could not be more happy with the work they did for me, it was extensive and I got a very good price. I never pay anyone until everything is complete.
