While I was waiting for my husband while he was in with a doctor I picked up the June issue of Ladies Home Journal. In it is an article about Megan Boone who stars in The Blacklist along with James Spader. I have never seen the show but in the article she states that while growing up she lived in a retirement community in Florida because it was her family's business. She noted there were a lot of golf carts. She went on to say she intended to spend her summer on a lake in Michigan with her mom and family.

The article also states she was in Sex and the City 2 and Blue Bloods.

Is she the sister of Paige Boone who does so many of the VMails?

Looked her up in Wikipedia, and yes she is Jennifer Parrs daughter.

And yes she is Paige Boone's older sister. They are both Gary Morse's granddaughters.

I think I'm missing something. Jennifer Parr is Gary's daughter, right. So if her married name is Parr, why are her daughter's names Boone? Was there two marriages?

Mom divorced their dad and re-married! Megan has been featured in The Sun (last year) when the show was going to begin. It's a pretty good t.v. show...one that we watch.

I also watch the show, it has not been cancelled it begins again at the end of Sept, I believe around the 22nd.

The first season of Blacklist is on Netflix streaming. I still have not watched any of these yet.

Finally got around to watching the Pilot of Blacklist. It is very good TV. Megan Boone acts quite well. It seems that they put a lot of weight on her playing this part very well. And, it paid off for the series and for her.

I will watch the rest of Season One fairly soon.
