If you are joining the MVP at Brownwood for Zumba, don't bother.
Although it is on their schedule for 5 times a week, there hasn't been a single class for over a month. This situation occurred because the regular instructor is on sick leave. A back up would be helpful. Very disappointing to me and several others.

There are Zumba classes at various Rec Centers . There is no cost involved, the classes are fun, wonderful instructors, etc...

My wife went to Sterling Heights rec center every week for 14 months, I went with her also most of the time, and took Zumba Gold with Elaine. That was only one day a week and at MVP she's been going to Zumba 5 days a week and she said it's a lot more physical.
She is also upset with the change in instructors and classes at MVP. She has been going to the replacement classes, Group Groove with Mitchell. She said they were told today they would have a Zumba instructor onboard in October.
It seems they've gone through 3 or 4 instructors in the last two months. I think one of the problems is they don't provide benefits and when instructors get a better offer somewhere else, they move on. It seems they have various reasons, one moved to California, one didn't like teaching the 1pm classes, but in the end, if they paid better with benefits they could hold onto these people.
