Curious Roundabout Info message from theroundaboutranger@comcast.net

I just received a curious message with the subject "Roundabout Info" from theroundaboutranger@comcast.net. It included a link the FL DOT titled Roundabout.pdf.

While this is good information, I'm curious how someone put Florida, Roundabouts, and me together, especially since it was sent through the Emeryville, California Comcast mail server.

I'm wondering if anyone else received one?

We did not receive this, but I am not surprised how anything and everything can show up in one's Inbox, when everything about us is "out there." Hmmm....
