and not in a pharmacy....wouldn't it be easier to regulate...if it is a medical need, wouldn't doctors prescribe and it should be filled by registered pharmacist. what are your thoughts b4 we open pandoras box..

Because, in part, the pharmacies could have their DEA license taken away since medical marijuana is still illegal under federal law.

Pandora's Box being an uncontrollable situation?
We should probably look at the States that have legalized medical marijuana to get the answer.

I know in Colorado, the dispensaries have to grow their own supply. As a result, each shop also has a huge grow nursery. I don't know about other states, but can't imagine pharmacies tending to grow houses, too.
