Dinner and Music?

you may notice that i post a lot of things on here which i personally have found enjoyable and i invite others to do the same...one of my favorite things is going to Tierra del Sol country club on thursday nights to see Tomaura, a great duo which i guarantee will play something you will love. they will be back sept 25 and i would like to get a little group together to enjoy them...please post here if you are interested so i will make a reservation. we usually get there about five thirty and they begin the music about six fifteen to eight fifteen...the food is ok and we usually get free dessert :) nice dance floor and a chance to get a bit dressed up if you want to....the music is great!! and maura will remember your name forever! lots of talent from the audience also ads to the fun of the evening. i always have fun there!

so far we are seven for sure! would love to get a table for eight or 10 :) let me know if you will be later than five thirty. i only reserve for that time so we have some time to chat before the music starts, and to order our dinner :) but if that is difficult for you we will save you a spot.... :)

Thanks Dianne for organizing the gathering last night at Tierra del Sol. Tomaura is one of the best groups in T.V. Maura's ability to sing, play so many instruments, dance, and include the crowd speaks volumes about her talent. We had a delicious dinner and everyone at our table had a great time. I was lucky to have a few great dance partners and it made the night just perfect.

thanks, trudy! yes, i believe everyone had a wonderful time! i have never had a lousy time when Tomaura is involved! would also like to plan an evening this winter for the singing waiters, who are there from sun-wed...have heard they are also great. don't know how much dancing is involved in that, however! :)
