Very first post in the TOTV...after about 4 yrs. Closed on our home here the 1st of May. We made our first Lifestyle visit 3 yrs. ago and decided that the timing was not quite right. However, after this past winter we changed our mind, and here we are. :wave:

Welcome to TV, which village? We are in Pinellas, been here just about a year, are we glad we missed the last winter (13 snow storms if I counted correctly). PS I think I heard this coming winter is supposed to be worse............Winter here is MUCH better!!!

Thanks all, we are in Collier, when we came down April 1st to purchase a home we thought we would be in one of the newer Villages but found a home in Collier. It's been nice learning to relax. My better half just retired mid-April, and is still trying to adjust to not getting up and going to work. The timing just wasn't right 3 years ago, we decided to revisit TV in late Jan. and arranged to visit the first of April. We listed our house in late Feb. and thought we had plenty of time...wrong! Had cash offer within a few weeks so the revisit turned into a must purchase.
