Both the UK and France and Spain are in a mess because they tried to be understanding. If we take the same path we will end up with the same result. No this is on political. It is current events.

When I read a bumper sticker that says coexist - I have to laugh out loud - that will never happen when one group is instructed in their book 109 times to kill the other ones!

Trouble with her accent or my hearers but....
First of all I couldn't understand clearly what the young woman was saying but it appears that she is overwhelmed by the amount of Islamic people living where she grew up and cannot get an old friend to meet with her and explain his feelings. (Did he convert to Islam?)
I will say that It isn't wrong to talk about this. It is very concerning. It isn't like someone's daughter who was very devout becoming a nun, or someone's son who has a strong faith in God becoming a minister or a Rabbi. The Rabbi and nun and minister don't think the rest of us who don't believe like they do should perish from the earth but devout/extreme Muslims do.
We have to know this. THEY. the extremists, are truly looking to destroy all infidels, and that would be YOU.
Most Americans represent what is reprehensible to their faith; we drink coffee and liquor, we have sexual relations without first being married, woman expose their bodies in such a way as to be a temptation, we do not follow their directives and ways of prayers and believe or not believe differently than they do in God. We are infidels and sinners, every one of us to their way of thinking. You cannot get Muslims to speak out on the beheadings. At least I have not seen any such information from their religious leaders in this country or anywhere. They will die themselves to kill us.
It may be spreading fear by my saying this but it is the way things are.

this is an old video and obviously somewhat staged, however, it does emphasize and dramatize a real issue in many developed countries. The permissiveness of our laws is what they exploit, just as they did and are doing in Europe.
Too many citizens will continue to believe that as long as it is not in their back yard they have no problem. Of course they are wrong and it is only a matter of time.
Our open door, open arms, no enforcement of almost anything, don't offend anybody, etc., etc is a prime breeding ground. Unchecked will eventually lead to ever growing numbers of radicals becoming voters and many will eventually become representatives and begin to have a voice in how we live in the future.
It is happening now! Just google some of the changing population articles and see what is happening.
It is only a matter of tim. And they have the patience. And can count on the fickle lethargic population to not do much of anything!!
Unfortunately!

The UK has allowed 0over 85 Shariah Courts to be set up to rule on civil matters. Muslims have a choice of going through the British Court System or the Shariah Court System. The British will uphold and enforce any rulings made by the Muslim Courts.
According to Islam, Muslims living in another country do not have to obey the laws of that country unless they are Shariah laws.
Methinks that the UK made a huge blunder in allowing these courts. And not they are trying to get them set up here.

My Bible happens to be the King James version. Even has my name in gold on the front.
Deuteronomy 13:7-12. Short version....stone to death anyone who believes in a different God.
2Chronicles 15:13. "That whoever would not seek the Lord God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman."

Because I chuckle every time a true believer thinks it's a terrible number. Sort of the way people avoid the number 13. And how the world was going to end at the end of last century. Or 5-21-2011...The day the rapture was to start.
I've been there and done that with the conservative Christian attitude. For many, many years. Why do you think it's so easy for me to get under the skin of a true believer?
They are all JUST NUMBERS. Man-made and have not supernatural meanings.
And does it really matter when the last time was? I'm sure I could find some on the internet if I really tried. Just like you can find some Muslim hate on the internet also. But it is in the Christian Bible. Either written or inspired by God....who, by the way, is Jesus.

Sophie, please give this some thought. If it needed to be changed then it must not have been perfect in the first place. How can God not be perfect? Did He make a mistake when He sent us His first messages? Perfect individuals don't make mistakes.

It was just easier to "kick the can down the road". Let someone else at some future point in time deal with the problem. The fallacy with this approach is "down the road" it always is a much greater problem.

Did anyone see the interview with the King Abdullah of Jordan on 60 minutes. He has allowed over 1.4 Syrian refugees in his country which is 20% of the population of Jordan. Seems very "Christian" of him.
King Abdullah says Jordan successfully fended off Islamic State and secured its borders (http://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/King-Abdullah-says-Jordan-successfully-fended-off-Islamic-State-and-secured-its-borders-376014)

I don't know why any country would allow immigration to a person(s) who say they will not adhere to the laws of the country. I would just say go find another place to live where you feel you can obey the laws of that land. How did they ever allow that to come into being?

A true Muslim would observe the covenant of the Quaran
Question:
Should a Muslim obey the law in a non-Muslim country?
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
A Muslim who lives in a non-Muslim country as a citizen or who enters a non-Muslim country with a visa is obligated to respect this covenant of security which necessitates obeying the law. This is because it is an obligation for a Muslim to fulfill his covenants and to behave truthfully.
Allah said:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ
O you who believe, fulfill all contracts.
Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:1

And how any Jews or Christians agree that those lines are to be taken literally? How many Jews and Christians do you know that are advocating this today?
Even the most devout Jews and Christians recognize that some parts of the Bible are not to be taken literally. The radical Muslims believe in killing people that are not Muslims. They believe that Islam should rule the world. They believe that they should kill anyone that gets in their way. In spite of a few obscure Biblical verses, I don't know of any Jews or Christians that believe in any of that.
And before you bring up the Crusades, yes, people did a lot of bad things in the name of God. I don't know of very many who do those things now. Can't say the same for the radical Muslims.
I don't know enough about the Koran to determine which verses are meant to be followed literally and which are not, but these radicals that are attacking us and trying to take over the world believe that every word of it should be taken literally.
No comparison.
