They are not answering because it is raining. Seems to be the standard line why they never show.
Plus they make more collecting from the government.

I found out today from two of his workers that he has shut down and no longer in business, He has not paid any of his crew for three weeks and I been with them for three years and in August resigned for another year, looks like he has skipped out on my payment and any one else who has paid him. If any group is going to try and gettheir money back please contact me through TOTV. domie241

Never pay in advance NEVER.

Only pay in advance if you are with a reputable company that has a long term history. Usually you can get a discount for pre-payment so balance the savings against the company's reputation and length of time in business. Unfortunately with the need for pest and lawn cutting services in The Villages there will be many fly by night operations where pre-payment should be avoided.

YES and so frustrating!! We have been with them for almost 5 years. Noticed services deteriorating the last 6 months, but gave Julio( the owner) the benefit of the doubt. Any suggestions?

Count us in. We are interested in some refund money for contracts not honored. Our neighbor also was with All Seasons and are sending a letter to the company requesting $$$ back. They are also interested in joining forces with others if that might work.

If they do not have any money you are out of luck. But file a claim against them in small claims court. If you win you can then file a lien against there assets.

Of all the places I have ever lived no one has ever asked me to pay for a service in advance except in florida. I'm talking about landscaping, grass cutting and related services. To me it's a big red flag when someone asked you for money up front.Since I have been here, I have used a landscaper, painter, and had beautiful crown molding put in and the contractors never asked for cash up front to get started. If someone asks you for cash up front , there is a strong possibility he does not have any credit from his suppliers and he is using your money to buy supplys. There are lots of people who do work around here that don't ask for money up front. I was talking to a lady today, who told me that she and four neighbors paid 1000 each down payment for a company to install brick pavers on their driveways. The contractor took their down payment and they never saw or were able to contact him again. Out 5 grand. These things happen here all the time. Be careful.
