Slide out shelves in Pantry

We are looking for a contractor to install pull out shelves in the pantry reach the stuff that eventually slips to the back. Any recommendations?

We used Affordable Pull-Outs, based on the good reviews we read here. He did the kitchen cabinets and our bathrooms. He did a great job and was very nice to deal with. I don't have his phone number though.
