There is a personal trainer in the village of Alhambra, I know him personally and he is a super nice person who is in great shape. His name is John Cayer and you can email him at beginnings1@comcast.net .

I am not sure that he still has a business, but it would be worth calling him to find out. He is very quiet and just a really nice guy.
