Not sure I've chosen the right forum for this, but I'd like to consult with a strictly fee-based financial adviser. My financial situation is relatively simple and my questions are not that complicated. Just looking for some basic guidance for a reasonable fee.
Any suggestions?

The only time I ever lost money was with a fee based financial person. I self direct now & I'm way ahead of the game. If the planner is so smart, ask him or her , how come they're still working? It wasn't rocket science to make several million dollars when the market tanked in 2008.
