I'm looking to be a housemate to another woman and share costs in your furnished home from about 11/15/14--4/30/15. Retired 67 yr old teacher, non smoker, very high FICA score. I come with 2 adult, well behaved cats who don't go on furniture and don't do any damage. I keep their litter boxes outside on lanai so no odor in home. I live locally [1 1/2 hrs] so can come over to meet you. Very responsible roommate, easy to get along with. I just want to try living there before I buy!
