Anyone interested:

I got the below e-mail from a friend of mine that is an active fund
raiser for Leukemia research.
Even though this is not a Leukemia related story it is about a man
dealing with a grim prognosis and rapidly deteriorating health
(pancreatic cancer).
Randy Pausch is a Computer-Science professor at Carnegie Mellon
University.

Far from "depressing" this should prove to be an inspirational show
about quality of life and what should be important to us during our
short time here.
It may just be a "perspective changing" lecture with positive
implications for the rest of your life... Worth 60 minutes of your time?

I just learned of the Randy Pausch story (see attached weblinks)...maybe
some of you saw him on Oprah. I did not.
But I'm going to watch his story on Wed night. If I can figure out my
comcast dvr, I will record it too.

Make sure to watch "The Last Lecture: A Love Story For Your Life" on ABC
Wednesday April 9th, 10pm/9 CST.

To read the full story of Randy Pausch click on:

It is a very inspirational story. The man is amazing! The Oprah Show had him on for a full hour, many months ago. He re-read his last lecture. Well worth watching!
