Has anyone purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and if so was the power cord included as standard?
We bought a clearance model and this was missing as wash hardware to secure to cabinet top and also wire nuts were missing. manager at Lowes advosed me that the installer had these items and Mike Scott plumber say the vendor should include them. Where do I go from here?

Thinking a power cord is around 20 bucks, at lowes. I think the Plumber is correct. I also think the salesman at lowes should have made sure these items were with the unit . Its customer service ,no matter how much you spend. Why do people like Publix? It's because they have great customer service.

My husband emailed CEO for Lowes last night, and this morning we had a call from Lowes saying they would provide all the missing items and offered to pay half the installation bills. Also had a call from the executive office inquiring as to what the local store had agreed. Excellent customer service. Hope to have everything in working order by Friday so will update you. I appreciate the comments

Have just returned from Lowes having received our 50% refund, but unfortunately none of the named contacts were available. My husband is in the process of writing to the CEO. Great to have a working D/W again, my hands were beginning to object!!!
