Area adjacent to the New Publix on 44

Has anyone know what will be built (not rumor) in the large area adjacent to the new Publix on 44...........Hope it's not more houses.

Not really sure of the area you are referring to, but after talking to several real estate agents, the area on the south side of 44, (south of Brownwood), is owned by large corporations. They will build businesses, when TV nears it's full build-out. Fruitland Park should be the end build-out, according top the VLS agents. By then, only Gary Morse really knows what's in TV future. :smiley:

I am looking forward to the Home Goods store coming to TV.
