Hello Neighbors,
We've bought a house on Ambrosia Place in Hadley. We'll be visiting our new home the week of April 21, but not moving down until the end of June. I'm a teacher and I need to finish up my last :) year. Are any of my future neighbors on this list? Has anyone moved in yet?
Ruth in LI, NY (but not for long)

Hello Rurh,

We're just a few strides up the hill from you on Havana Trail. We bought in February and have been camping here (very little furniture) until we return to Massachusetts in early May and dispose of our property there. Good luck on your move. It will not be long before many more will come to Hadley.

Thanks for the warm welcomes.

To Laura,
It's a small world. I teach at Patchogue-Medford High School. We've moved to an apartment in East Moriches for my last year, but we lived in Sayville for 32 years before that. Several of the teachers from my school have moved to The Villages recently, and I have heard about the Long Island Club. I can't wait for the move in June.

Hi Ruth, we will be moving to our new home on Foxbridge Terrace in Hadley around the middle of June. My wife has to finish her last year of teaching also. We have long time friends in Duval and the wife is a retired teacher from the same school as my wife. Sounds like a retired school teacher club in the making. Hope to see you in the neighborhood. Welcome to Hadley. My wife and I purchased a home in Hadley last Nov. She is not retired yet, but I am a retired teacher who can't wait to be full time. We will be there the first two weeks in Nov. Maybe we could get together then. Steve and Carol Highsmith

My mom just moved in this weekend to Hadley, she is on Matisse. She is a member here (Hidy) but never posts. (Mom if you are reading this, quit lurking and post! ;D)

It makes my heart happy to think of her surrounded by such warm and welcoming people. Ya'll enjoy paradise!!!

Hey Ruth welcome to the hood. We're like JohnnyM and can't make the move until the north joint sells. Our home is at the other end of Havana Trail. We'll see you eventually or if you see an Irish Setter towing me yell. LOL. You'll make so many friends. And if you're at 363 what's the glass called in the front door? We want to switch ours. And Kath I know it's called "Front door glass". Geesh!!!!
