I live in the Village of Mira Mesa and do strongly believe in What I see as a Natural Health Care....no prescriptions.... If anyone else feels this way, Please let me know at Latchhook@comcast.net and maybe we can get a Natural Health Care Club going

I would love to belong to a Natural Health Care Club because it's my lifestyle of choice.
I have made the choice to maintain optimal health without consuming any drugs or products. Unprocessed food in its natural state is all that's needed to be healthy, without costly supplemental "products". I've eliminated red meat, dairy, processed junk foods, hydrogenated fats, deli meats and excess sugar. Just my humble opinion on what works for me.
A Natural Health Club sounds like a great way to support each other toward optimal health without drugs or supplements ;D

Would this be similar to the holistic health club that meets monthly at Bridgeport?

Dear Coney Island:
I clipped their meeting announcement from the LaLa paper and it reads:
Holistic Health Club....1 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month. Bridgeport Rec Center.
Contact: Gregory Knoderer 753-1171
It's been on the list of things for me to look into and I hope to get there soon.
Let me know if you make a meeting and it's what we're looking for.

Marianne ......... THANK YOU for that information. When I get to TV I'll call the number and plan on going to a meeting. It will be refreshing to meet some like-minded people who are serious about living a healthy lifestyle ;D Maybe I'll meet you there ;D
Latchhook,
Thank you for this topic.
I'd be interested to know if you've found a Dr near TV who practices Natural Health Care, and could you or anyone reading this, please recommend one, preferably a female? Sorry, no offense meant to the guys, I've had some bad experiences with male Docs, and decided to just go to female Drs.

PJ....... I feel the same way you do, and will be interested in knowing if there are any naturopath female doctors in the TV area. Although I'm still a wannabee, I'm taking NOTES on everything pertaining to TV that will be important to me.
