What's the rules on street legal carts? See the going down Buena vista blvd. I thought they'd are only allowed on streets with 25 MPH or less? And not supposed to exceed 25 MPH? Not that I care, but I sure wouldn't drive cart down the Blvd's were 35 MPH limit usually mean 40 or 45 plus?

I've seen them on the multi modal paths and then jump over to Buena vista because of heavy cart traffic ahead of them so they wouldn't be slowed down. I was under the impression no street licensed vehicles may be on the cart paths.

Street legal carts can be used on roadways that have a speed limit of 35 mph or below. The street legal cart top speed can be no more than 25 mph. They are allowed on the multi-modal trails.

Legal or not, word to the wise---when a golf cart ties with a car, guess who loses--if I drove a golf cart, which I do not, I would stay off of all roads with cars & trucks going 35 mph+
