I've been thinking about putting tile on my lanai floor. A home inspector recommended a concrete tile.
I'm gong to be in TV for a few days and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on tile companies and contractors. I have an open lanai and it is around 14' x 26'.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I am a full time Villager. I removed all my brand new flooring and put porcelain tile all through my home, lanai, and birdcage. I have used my tile guy for many jobs and he does excellent work, at a VERY reasonable cost. He is a reliable family man that actually shows up when he says he will, ready to give you a good day's work. If you would like to see the quality of his work, I am happy to show you my beautiful floors, back splash, etc.
I have referred him on multiple occasions, and everyone loves his work as much as I do.
email me at: Jan@JanHickerson.com and we can speak privately.

Try HD or lowes , they use have a huge selection of tile and have the contractors to install it. They can give you a square foot price for instillation. The job itself is not a hard install.

You mentioned your lanai is open so therefore it will endure all weather situations. Have you considered chattahoochie river rock? Just a suggestion.

I asked the home inspector about river rock and he didn't recommend it.
