I have found that financial practices within the Davis Clinic facility in Spanish Springs to be unethical, immoral, and with total disregard to The Villages clients. Not surprisingly as I convey my first hand knowledge of current practices, I told repeatedly by fellow Villagers that people in their neighborhoods had told them long ago to avoid Davis Climic at all costs. Their advice was that it will be time and money ill-spent.

Dr. James Scott in the Sharon Morse Building is an exceptional Chiropractor.

As a visitor to The Villages I went to the Davis clinic. Should have gone with my 1st impressions of the guy. He came into his office in his silk suit to go over his methodology. Pay up front!! We put the treatment on our credit card as our insurance at the time didn't cover chiropractic. He didn't really help me a whole lot neither. Months later, when we were back home--up north, we get a bill. I called to tell the office manager that we paid already and everything should be covered. She told me it was for ??? I don't even remember! Since moving here I've heard from several folks over the years who went to him, paid out mugo-bucks and never got relief. He uses machines, mostly, for treatment! I like a chiropractor who actually is "hands on", is personable and doesn't give a glitzy appearance!! There is also a thread in TOTV archives that speaks more.

If you believe a practitioner is "unethical, immoral" then you may wish to express your thoughts to the state licensing board. They take such complaints very seriously, very.
