Lately, it seems I have to download adobe flash player at least weekly if not more often. Anyone else having the same problem?:Screen_of_Death:

it shows up frequently on my screen too..... don't know what to do about it. Seems it doesn't work anyway.

I have had similar problems, and I think it is due to the fact that it does NOT install correctly. I have not had one for about 2 weeks, so maybe this time it worked......

Maybe the update is fixing a security breach. They never say why they are updating it.

I just keep installing the updates taking care to unclick the additional toolbar update.

Be aware that there is a virus, malware, or whatever which pretends to be an Adobe update which actually infects your computer. I had the same thing show up on my computer but it was bogus. Run your antivirus program and purge you computer to be sure. Good luck.

15.0.0.189 this is the current version. If you don't have this version, your update notice is probably valid.

Adobe - Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) Follow this link to see what version you have.

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ This is the valid update link. As zcaveman said, be sure to uncheck the tool bar installs if you update.
