Where do you get your oil changed?

Hi, we just moved into the Village of Dunedin. Where is the best place to go to get my oil changed?

When looking for a reliable mechanic we were directed to Hilton Automotive at 16420 S. US 441, Summerfield, 352-347-3565. He proved to be quite good and reasonable on some repairs. Also used him for an oil change. He is not a discount place for oil change; Walmart might be cheaper. You could phone him and get a price. An appointment is needed for any work, including an oil change.

I have used TriCounty Automotive for the last 2 years and have been very satisfied. I originally found them through recommendations on this site.

We still get it done when we are over at the beach at New Smyrna Chevy only $9.99. Can't even do it myself for that. Last time only took 30 in.:thumbup:

In a pinch, Walmart is good for just an oil change. I agree, there is no up selling.

Hutson Automotive Repair on 441 in Fruitland Park next to Stavros Pizza. They've been in business for more than 30 years and they don't "upsell". You don't need an appt. but they do oil changes only between 8:00 am and 9:00 am so it doesn't interfere with their other auto repair work.

Especially if your car is European, Tri-County. If not, Hutson Auto. I use Accu-Tech in Oxford as I also check other areas plus oil change. As I have European model, they are the only ones to adjust computers outside of dealers when all is done.
