I tried to make an appointment with the dermatologist Dr. Casper, but there is an almost two month wait for his next appointment. However, there is not such a long wait to see his PA Kruti Gandhi. I'm interested in the opinion of anyone who has had an appointment with her. Thanks

I had an appointment with her a few months back. I wasn't impressed. She was not a good communicator. She seem to put the plan together in her head for my treatment and didn't fully communicate to me what it was. She left the room after addressing my concern and I thought she was coming back in and she never did. When I started to walk out the door, I had questions about what my treatment plan was and she had already gone on to another room. I stopped someone at the desk for clarification. Then, when I thought I was supposed to be better in about a week (not that she told me when I should be better) I called for a follow up appointment with her. She then told me it would take about 3-4 weeks for me to see results from the medicine prescribed. Usually when I go to a Dr. For something they tell me When I should expect improvement . She was not forthcoming with much information.

I too tried to get an appointment with Dr. Casper but his schedule was full. I did see his P.A. and was completely satisfied. I would go back to her if need be and Dr. Casper wasn't available.

Love dr. c but she needs to go back to charm school. Do not see her now. One and done. Similar experience only worse. Very grim and uninformative.

Both my husband and I saw PA Gandi from Texas, I believe. We knew from the start that we would see her, not Dr Casper for the initial assessment. If she found something concerning or out of her league then we would be scheduled with Dr Casper. This is the way most health care clinics are run so no surprises for us. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, explained things well. We were seen together and she maintained respect. When she was finished with us, we dressed and she returned to see if there were any further questions or issues. I highly recommend her and we will return to that practice.

I agree about the charm school. She couldn't find anything on me to remove and seemed frustrated with that.

Is the same as most of the posters. I was not impressed at all. I had three things removed by her, 2 of which were visible and the other one I could not see anything at all. I don't really think there was anything there. The part I was most upset about is that when I went back in two weeks for her to see how they were healing I was charged for another office appt. That has never happened to me in my life for just a followup. I was totally shocked since I have a $75.00 copay for specialists. I was in with her for all of 5 minutes, if that. I did argue with the office manager long enough that they refunded the extra charge but I think that is a very poor policy. I told them to cancel my 1yr. appt. as I will be finding a different doctor.
