What's wrong with TOTV - pop ups galore?

I know people were complaining about this recently but I didn't have the problem until I got this new computer. What am I missing now? I can't be on TOTV for more than a second, when it jumps around and pop up ads jump into the middle of the screen or when I'm scrolling up or down, ads jump up and start new tabs and I can't seem to delete them.

What am I missing in a program to stop this problem.

No TOTV pop-ups problem for me. Only problem I had was a TOTVer stealing my nic and sending abusive email/private messages.

Holy Toledo!! That's really bad. I know there were threads a while ago where people were having this problem but I can't seem to find them, plus I'm getting very frustrated getting rid of all these ads. What a PITA!!!!
