Those AT&T'ers over 65 who had their last consult with AON/Hewitt and purchased coverage, did it go as you thought it would? Are you satisfied that they helped in the decision making process?

All I can say is, I'm glad it is done. The advisor was helpful as far as the actual enrollment process goes for my spouse and I, but we essentially had to educate ourselves about the various plans and details. And, oh goody, we get to do it all over again next year.

My call is scheduled for 11/19 and I hope it goes well from what I'm reading it should
be fine. When is your call scheduled for.

My wife and I both chose AARP/United Health Care Medicare Complete. We keep the doctors we have now; no premiums, modest co-pays and it's a PPO, so we are not limited to the docs at The Villages Health HMO, which we also considered. The plan covers medications. The AT&T reimbursement should cover most of our out-of-pocket costs. If it's all good, super. If not, we can shop around next year.
