Can anyone reccommend a decent appliance repair (washer/dryer/refrigerators)? I want to have someone I can call if my renter says there's a problem.

I have only needed appliance repair once in my 10 years in TV, and I used Fredericks. On my personal experience, I would neither recommend them nor would I use them again.

While I haven't used them, several of my neighbors have used MD Appliance Service and all have been happy with the service. That is the company I will use if - more likely when - I need appliance repair again.

I recently used Rick Beck (245-3598) after seeing him recommended on TOTV. He was wonderful. You can't go wrong. Rick is honest, more than fair and very knowledgeable.

Rick Beck just came this week to repair a water inlet valve on our LG refrigerator. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and when the part we thought we needed was incorrect, he came to the rescue with his own part and went out of his way to fix the problem. And his price was fair :)

does Rick know Samsung? I have a dishwasher that no one seems to know how to fix. Guess I will give him a call.

I worked in the HVAC/Refrigeration business forever up north. Having a major issue with our 2 1/2 year old Whirlpool Refrigerator. Went on a TOTV found this thread and called Rick.
Believe me. This is the guy to call.

I just had Rick, owner of Beck's Appliance Repair (352-245-3598) fix my French door refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part and had the repair done in less than 4 days. The bonus was the total cost was $200 less than another repair service that had diagnosed the same repair to be done. Rick is very knowledgeable and very affordable.
