i'm interested in finding a home watch service that includes getting the keys to each renter, checking villa while it's rented, checking villa at end of each rental period, and cleaning service (including changing 2 beds). any recommendations on who to hire or non-recommendations on who NOT to hire would be helpful. thanks!

My home is in the unfurnished, long-term rental program with JD&V Property Management. I know it is pricier but I like that they take care of everything. My contact person is Lois Johnson. By the way, my home has been rented two times with a year's lease in one day!

Many people on this forum use "The Village Sitter" Charlene Manieri. She offers many services a la carte, which I appreciate. We will start using her next week!

Her website is.....

Good luck!

Use Redwitch on this forum. Reliable and can do all the things you need. I have had her take care of my two rentals for 6 years with zero issues.

I use Cunningham ( message above) and I highly recommend them. When they say complete home service, they mean it! And they have done everything we have ever asked with excellence, a smile, and very fair billing!

Charlene was my third home watch, and I must have saved the best for last. Charlene goes out of her way, I know she is at my house, because I get pictures of something that is a problem and she is taking care of it, or a pic of a plant that I have never seen flowering, just so I can see how pretty it is.
