New to the village of Collier

Hello,

We recently bought a house in Collier. Have been looking at the Villages for several years and the time was finally right.

We're still living in Michigan (gotta keep working for a few more years), but get down there as often as possible.

We did have a chance to meet several of our neighbors at some of the many social get-togethers our neighborhood holds. What a great place and a great bunch of neighbors !!!!

Can't wait to finally move down. Would love to make contact with others from south east Michigan or from the Pittsburgh area.

I looked at a map and Collier is south east of Michigan. So you are almost home.

I moved in September of 2013 to Collier. I hope you are golfers. Anyway the only course open nearby was Palmetto. Then they opened Mangrove and Sweet Gum. I play a lot of golf and my 3 favorite exec courses are the ones in Collier. We did well my friends.

Welcome to the neighborhood. It's a pretty active Village, almost like being in camp.
