We are starting our 5th year as the club for Canadian Snowbirds.
Our first meeting of the 2014 - 2015 season will be held on Wednesday, November 12th starting at 6:30 p.m. at La Hacienda Recreation Center.
Doors and Registration desk open at 5:30 p.m. Please feel free to bring snacks and drinks. :beer3::popcorn:
We will have 2 special guest speakers:
Rose Connell of The Villages Insurance will address our concerns about insurance coverage while we are in Florida for both renters and homeowners alike.
Dr. David Casper of Alliant Dermatology will also be joining us to speak about “Taking the Scare Out of Dermatology, Common Skin Lesions and Skin Cancer and How To Recognize the Difference”. With all of us about to embark on some quality time in the sun this will address the concerns many of us have about exposure.
Our musical entertainment will be provided by well known Villages musician – Suzie Casta.
“New” … Golf League:
Ray Bowen is organizing a weekly golf league for Canadian Loonies and Toonies members and hopes to start play on Monday November 17 – for more details please contact Ray directly at bowensrl@hotmail.com
We are looking forward to seeing you on the 12th.
