Vintage Christmas Bell Help

Anyone know where I can take a set of vintage Christmas bells that belonged to my mother in law for repair? They used to play music and light up and now only play music. There is a circuit board in place and I am thinking that may be the source of the problem.
Also, any suggestions on jukebox repair would be appreciated. I have a Seeburg Model C that keeps playing the same record over and over.

I may be able to help with the Christmas bells, I have a lot of experience repairing small electronic items. Send me a PM to get together. As for the jukebox, believe it on not, I now know of at least 3 other owners in TV, just from word of mouth. While I have helped my neighbor with a new amp for his, the mechanical portion is another matter. My suggestion, put another ad in ToTV titled Jukebox help, and see if any of the other owners can provide some assistance.
