Wanted to ask if folks have had good or bad experiences with endocronologists in the area. Can you share your doctors and your experiences with them please?? Thank you!

I didn't know endocronologists did colonoscopys! Thought it was either either surgeons OR gastroenterologists that did those. I'm looking for comments on the original post.

I highly recommend Dr. Hamilton Fish, an endocrinologist/specialist in thyroid function, diabetes, and other functions of the endocrine systems..... but you will have to go to Leesburg to see him. He is excellent, runs his office and staff on time and you will be seen the minute your appointment was scheduled and you will be chastised if you are late. Dr. Fish worked at Walter Reed in Washington D.C. He will have his staff give you the results of labs over the phone and direct a medicine change over the phone due to result of labs. Not a money grubber, a fine physician.
And he is a traditional M.D., he will not prescribe alternative medicine for thyroid function. I like that about him.

Another vote for Dr. Hamilton Fish of Leesburg. All that Gracie said....plus if you prefer an English speaking doctor with no accent....that's another reason I liked him. Nothing against people with accents, but I sometimes have trouble understanding people with accents.
