A HUGH "Thank You" for picking up our breakfast tab at Beef O'Bradys at Mulberry Thursday morning. When we ask our server for our bill, she replied that someone had bought our breakfast and asked not to be reveled until they had left the restaurant, only requested that we "pay it forward". What a lovely way to start our day. We have many times in the past left little surprises for other people, sometimes in the grocery store, at the gas pump, but most often at roadside vendors. Such a small jester with BIG rewards. Thank you again, who ever you are and we will continue to "pay it forward".

Practice random acts of kindness.

It's nice to hear, this still happens.

Wow, This is good to hear. Im a firm believer in the random act of kindness, and the pay it forward mentality. I think we can make a better world if more people did these types of actions. Buying someone a cup of coffee can go a long way to start their day.

Maybe enough good acts will cancel out all of the bad acts.:beer3:

Thanks for the thought, ladylilly.

Even a small kindness can lift someone's spirit. We go to Golden Corral for Sunday brunch every few weeks and last year around Christmas I left a $20 tip. The next time we were there a couple of months later, the waitress came over to our table specifically to say thanks. I had forgotten and, to be honest, could not even have told you which waitress it was, so was surprised she remembered us. It's not like it was $100 or something lavish! But it was a nice reminder to me of the unknowing ripples we leave behind us, good and bad.
