This gentleman uses his head to increase the range of his key's remote signal to get his car's lights to flash from way off. Unlocking a car with your Brain - Sixty Symbols - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/embed/0Uqf71muwWc?feature=player_embedded)

We lived in ATL when the new airport opened. It is symmetrical, including the parking lots. Dozens of people every day thought they lost cars when they were simply on the opposite side of the airport.

The last two vehicles I have owned have been black, the most popular color where I now reside. They have also been a very popular make and model around here. It is not uncommon for me to see four to six vehicles that are black and my vehicle's make and model in a single row of vehicles. Therefore at times I use the remote to flash its lights.

And now we can wait to see how many will be standing in the parking lot with a key in their head! But for :cus:And giggles I will try as well

Amazing! Who woulda thunk it!
Another reason to carry a bottle of water with you, in the hot Florida sun!!!
I usually try to park in the same area, when visiting a big box store. It would be nice if they hung signs, to number the aisles. I don't like wandering in the desert! :D

Well, I can tell you that this trick, in fact, does work! I have been using it for years...not sure where I discovered the trick though.
On occasion, I will forget if I locked my car, so I go to where I can "see" the car, place the key under my chin and press... I have never tried the water, but the scientific explanation of the video is a plausible reason.
Happy Clicking!

Hummm. I don't know about that because there are those that shouldn't be putting electronic devices close to their head, know what I mean?

My key fob is separate from the actual key. Will it still work?

They'll probably fine that it causes brain cancer.

My car is a 2012 Hyundai and all I have is a simple key to unlock the driver side door and trunk. It's low tech but I like it.
So how do I find my car? I just make it a point to remember the location in relation to one of the stores in the strip mall. It's so easy once you get used to doing it.

Mike, this is a serious question. I'm not trying to be a smartass.
How can you see the lights flashing in a multi tier garage; what am I missing?

I wonder what the range of a conehead would be?

Because the horn blasts with lights when you press the Panic button.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I've never pressed the panic button.

I suggested doing this to a woman in a parking lot once who was having difficulty finding her car....I know she thought I was nuts but she did it and voila! it worked. she was very surprised.
