A friend asked me to post this recommendation for her.
Recently we learned that we had to replace our HVAC unit. We had a service contract through Munn's, so we called them for an estimate. The sales rep came out the same afternoon and went over all options before we selected the system we wanted, and the work was scheduled quickly--just two days later. The uniformed technicians arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got to work. Whenever they needed to come into the house, they put on little surgical booties, which they removed at the door on the way out. They worked efficiently and steadily--no smoking, no music. The garage installation required removal of the entire unit. They replaced AND PAINTED the plywood surface of the raised platform for the unit and even added trim before installing the new unit. They replaced the old concrete pad for the condenser outside, and hauled everything away. They cleaned up inside and out, and the garage looked better when they left than it had when they arrived. They explained how to set the new thermostat, then set it per our instructions. We are very pleased, will use them again and recommend them highly.
