Does anyone know of hair salons in The Villages that cut hair for donation?

Almost any salon will cut it for donation if you ask but you'll have to take it home and mail it yourself. Bleached hair is not acceptable. A lot of donated hair is accepted and then sold to offset costs. Sold hair includes grey hair and hair under ten inches. Be sure the hair is banded or braided. Loose hair is thrown away.
