Fair Housing Form

I am working on a closing of a property I am buying. The lender wants a Fair Housing Age Restriction Form completed. I have the form but it calls for a Development/Association Official to sign it.

Who or where would I get this done at or by?

I would stop and ask at the closing office. They will most likely point you in the right direction.
