Has anyone yet dined in TV's new Bonefish Grill? What did you think?

I haven't been to that one yet, but my sister (who is visiting) and I are going there tonight. I will try to post in a couple of days to let everyone know what I thought. I am sure it will be great. It usually is at the other locations! :)

We were there Friday night (5/2). Made a reservation and we were seated in 20 minutes after we checked in which is their standard policy for seating with a reservation.
The service was very good. Our waiter was from the Bonefish in Orlando.
Obviously, they are still recruiting help.
The food was excellent. Typical of Bonefish.
I had Chilean Bass, my wife Grouper Picatta, our neighbors who joined us had Crab cakes and Chilean Bass. Everyone liked their food, the soup and salad.
Yes, we will be back soon.
Had been to Bonefish in Ocala and happy we don't have to drive to Ocla anymore for this restaurant.

Do they have mahi mahi and how is it?

Have not had mahi mahi that I was quite pleased with since moving from Palm Harbor, Florida in 2005.

Heard that the ceilings are painted black and are kind of low??

We don't live in TV yet but are seriously considering it. Glad to hear that Bonefish Grill is now there. Is there anh talk about putting in either a mall or a Kohl's?

Four of us went to Bonefish Grill tonight and all the food was fabulous. We ordered lots of things. The Bang Bang Shrimp. Superb! I had Grouper with AuGratin potatoes and it was fabulous. We all had the Crab Meat Corn Chowder. Yummmmm! We all shared the Crab Cakes. Another winner! And my hubby had the Salmon grilled to perfection! Room for dessert? No Way! Seriously, the service was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about the food.   :#1:

Tal, typical entree was about 17.00 or so. Our bill for the two of us was $58 but we had a lot of food. Appetizer and the Chowder was extra. Well worth it. I really didn't think their prices were outrageous. Much like the Country Club prices. (wouldn't go every night of course!)

We were there last evening. We had a 45 minute wait, that made us sit at the bar and enjoyed speaking with the staff. (That broke our heart, were retired in no rush.) Our meal was great, as above the bang bang shrimp was good as usual and the crab cakes were pure crab. We will be making it a regular stop.

AWESOME!

We had the bang bang shrimp and crab cakes. Both were incredible! The shrimp came on a huge bed of fresh greens, so we asked for some ranch dressing and ate the greens as a salad. As mentioned above, the crab cakes were pure crab. The sauce that comes with them is spicy, so if you're not into spicy, don't use much.

We also had the strawberry shortcake. The best we'd ever tasted.

We had a wait at 4:30, but not too bad. The service was very good, with one exception. Our friend ordered the creme burlee and thought it was not cooked properly. She mentioned it to the server, and the server turned to the table behind us (also having the creme burlee) and asked them how they liked it. The thought it was fine, so the server just shrugged her shoulders and said "theirs is okay" and left.

I drove by there at about noon today and it looked like it will open at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. From my glance at the restaurant hours it seemed like it opens around 3 pm every day but stays open a bit later on certain days. Like 3-11 on Saturdays???

I was at the Bonefish Grill in Grand Rapids this week and the food was delicious. We have also dined at the one in Orlando. We'll be in TV week after next and plan to eat there one night. They have a good wine list (not too expensive) with good selection of Argentinian, Chilean, and Spanish wines.

BS....

The one in Grand Rapids??? :dontknow: Just kidding.

The Bonefish in TV is on Rt 466, just west of Southern Trace (Publix) Shopping center, almost directly across from the High School, and east of where Walmart is. This whole strip between Southern Trace and Walmart will end up being commercial, retail, and restaurant space.
