Hi, I have an iPad air, hubby has an IPad, and I have an I phone. We were always able to facetime our daughters and grandson up in NY without any problem. Ever since upgrading my phone and my iPad i can now face time ONLY on the phone. My iPad will not connect. I called Comcast and they were no help. I called Apple and they could not understand why I am unable to face time using my I pad. Can any of you Mac experts help me? I am very appreciative. Kathy:lipsrsealed:
