I agree. The shrimp and grits is excellent at Eaton's Beach but at the Lighthouse it's excellent+++. Best I've ever had.

Agree. Never had a bad meal there, but have not tried the shrimP and grits - next time!

I have eaten there prob 20 times and enjoy it .... great view.

IMO the food is in the good to very good category ..... but excellent? no.

I have never had their shrimp and grits .... will make a point of having them my next trip there.

Went there tonight based on the rave reviews. It is our 45th anniversary so thought we'd try something new. Been to Eaton's for shrimp and grits, and it was good. Lighthouse was no better or worse, just different. I have a wonderful recipe, but it takes lots of prep and half the dishes in my kitchen. By the time it's done, so am I.
