We need to purchase new mattresses. Was wondering where you purchased and if you were happy with their service. Stopped in at city furniture not really sure if I want to go there but have no knowledge of any of the mattress stores and around the villages thanks in advance.

We bought a Beautyrest from Mattress Firm. It was great at first, then around 1 year in, it started to sag. Mattress Firm was no help, and apparently, it costs $25 to have an inspection of the mattress for warranty, and the sag has to be 1.5 inches from the level.
Be sure you read and understand the warranty.

Mattress Firm; picked one out and they delivered it; tried it for a week and decided I didn't like it; they happily picked it up and delivered another that was a little firmer; happy with it.

Stay away from City Furniture. Do a search here and you'll see the multitude of people in TV who have had bad experiences.

We have had great experience from BedinaBox dot com. They sell memory foam mattresses for a good price, and FedX delivers the box to your door

Sleep Number is the only bed we will own. It never sags in the middle. Been using one for about 20 years.

We bought 2 mattresses from Relax In Comfort on Canal St., They're similar to Sleep # but better. Think about lifting a heavy king mattress when you have to make the bed. We dumped a 2 year old top of the line mattress for that reason. We're not as strong as we used to be.

Take a look at The Original Mattress Factory.
This is what I posted on another mattress thread (https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/562036-post2.html).

We had the opposite experience with our Sleep Number bed, did NOT like it at all so we returned it. If you don't need/like to sleep in the middle and cuddle then it is probably ok:-) We didn't like having a hard section right down the middle!

Because we purchased a comfortable bed from The Original Mattress Factory in Ohio several years ago, we decided to stay with their beds. So, three new beds will be delivered to our new house in the Villages next week for a delivery/setup fee of $70.

Run away from the Sleep Center just off of 466. I purchased two queen sets on October 17 delivered on 10/19. Within 30 days the bedding sagged so much that I went for warranty. I was immediately told that for warranty, even though the sets were less than 30 days old would cost $50 to send an adjuster. Then instructed that the dip would need to be in excess of 1 1/2". Followed by the fact that all of a sudden there is no warranty, because these were "floor samples" which they were not. The exiting statement by the salesperson was what do you expect for $800.00 per set.
