My mother is looking for a place next year Jan, Feb and March. If you would be willing to discount for three months $2500 it would guarantee you a clean renter with excellent references. Her name is Ruth and can be reached at 585-739-3126. She can look at the place prior to going back north in march. She is in Daytona now for the winter but looking at coming to the village next year if she can find a reasonable place.
