What a great experience to work with this man! He did a home inspection for me this morning. He was on time, did his job thoroughly and efficiently. The biggest plus to me was that he obviously enjoys what he does. It truly was a pleasure watching him go about his business. I'm surprised the man doesn't whistle while he works!

Could not agree more! Frank did our inspection for the warranty last Friday. The detail in the report is better than any home inspection we have ever had. Plus, he forwards the key points to the warranty department. We're in PA and depended on Frank. He did not let us down. We wondered how the view was from the roof and he actually took pictures for us!

Frank has done two inspections for us and we would highly suggest anyone needing a home inspection get in touch with Frank

Frank did our inspection as well. He is honest, reliable and knows his business. He gets booked early, so make an appointment at least 3 months in advance.

Oh my....thank you all for the kind words. I very much appreciate them! I DO love what I do...I meet the nicest people here and am in the most beautiful homes...what is not to like?

I must be honest though...something no one really knows about me. I cannot whistle. I have never been able to my whole life. Just not a skill I have ever been able to do....which I could. I do love to sing, but try my best not to do so during inspections, as it may hurt my business.....(and my customer's ears...lol).

O)ne more vote for Frank, found some insulation problems and a few other minor item I would have never found. Also was very helpful when I had a crack a few weeks after his visit. I great guy to work with.
